<p>Ice cream cake roll is a delightful treat that combines two beloved desserts, ice cream, and cake. Imagine blending your favorite ice cream flavors such as chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla into a decadent cake, complemented by a rich chocolate dipping sauce. It is a truly satisfying and indulgent experience.</p>
<ol>
<li>In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until pale and foamy for approximately 2 minutes. Then proceed to add and mix sugar, oil, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.</li>
<li>Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until the cake sets.</li>
<li>Neatly arrange scoops of ice cream in an even line on the cake, starting with chocolate followed by strawberry and vanilla.</li>
<li>Smooth out each line of ice cream without blending the flavors and freeze the cake for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.</li>
<li>Pour ganache over the cake evenly.</li>
<li>Place the cake in the freezer for 30 minutes until the ganache sets.</li>
</ol>
